Yep! Our metal lunch box, snack pots, and salad dressing pots are all leakproof. Our metal cups (for obvious reasons!) are not.

Of course. They can be used in the oven to heat up or cook your food. Do NOT put any form of metal in your microwave though!
We also recommend that you remove the lid before cooking. Due to the airtight seal, this may result in it being difficult to open afterward
