
These delicious bars will give you lots of energy. Packed with protein, vitamins, essential fats, and fibre, they are a quick, easy and healthy snack for all the family.
Ingredients:
- 150g soft ‘ready-to-eat’ Medjool dates
- 100g whole almonds
- 100g ground almonds
- 200g cashews
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp water
Method:
- Combine the dates, cashews, almonds and cocoa powder in a food processor and process until fully combined.
- Add one tablespoon of water at a time until it starts to look like cookie dough.
- Add the mix to a brownie tray, cover with some beeswax wrap and leave to set in the fridge for an hour.
- Cut into bars and store in the fridge for up to a week.
